PrecisionCureTM is targeted to manufacturers using radiation curing in production. PrecisionCure combines user selected information from PrecisionData and evaluates manufacturing optimization alternatives. The sample below is an example of how a manufacturer might use PrecisionCure to optimize cost and line speed. Assume that the process and formulation are working in production. Assume further that the manufacturer wants to increase capacity or simply needs to reduce the cost of an existing process. If the manufacturer wants to maintain current production but desires cost out, PrecisionCure offers formulation and line speed alternatives to maximize productivity within existing plant restrictions (for example, maintaining current shifts and equipment). If additional capacity is required, a user can compare using a higher cost more efficient formulation (derived from PrecisionCure) to adding a new line or another shift to meet demand. Once the minimum and maximum measured response is entered and the user has defined system constraints, multiple evaluations can be run on the computer without down time and guess work.
