PrecisionCure, LLC has developed three product modules for those involved with
radiation curing - PrecisionData TM, PrecisionForm TM, and PrecisionCure TM. The
modules optimize formulation development cycles and manufacturing productivity by
acting as a virtual lab and formulation consultant.
PrecisionData TM allows manufacturers, formulators, and raw material suppliers to
analyze product and formulation properties by creating additional characterizations that
strengthen typical data sheets. The generated information provides insight into product
and product combination capabilities. Users improve their ability to make quick,
quantitative comparisons of new product inputs and formulations.
PrecisionForm TM provides optimization capability for new and existing formulations.
Clients complete targeted testing and input minimum/maximum detectable responses
according to the desired measured result (response) they are trying to achieve. Once
the responses are entered, capability to conduct numerous system assessments with
base formulation changes are possible without additional lab testing. Responses
desired include any measurable output such as formulation cost, hardness or adhesion.
PrecisionCure TM provides manufacturing process optimization and control capability
with minimized down time and product iteration testing. Basic inputs are similar to
PrecisionForm in that users provide actual minimum/maximum detectable responses for
a desired output. Once completed, PrecisionCure optimizes formulation and radiation
system "match up" to achieve the desired output (response). As with PrecisionForm,
responses can include a multitude of measured responses such as line speed, first
pass yield and material costs.
